What is THAT?

Well, Stephen and I had a great time on our trip.  We really enjoyed the relaxation while in St. Francisville.  Our cottage and so cozy and I especially enjoyed it being at a Plantation.  We got there Sunday afternoon and left Wednesday morning and headed to Baton Rouge.  I had a great time with family and really enjoyed being away for a while however I woke up Friday morning with an awful rash on my face.  My face was all swollen and yuck.  I woke up this morning and noticed that the rash has now spread to my arms and stomach.  I think it's an allergic reaction to my birth control.  The pharmacy gave me the generic to my usual pill and I started taking the generic last week so it would make since if the pill is the cause of the rash.  I can't wait to call my doctor tomorrow and get this figured out because it is HIGHLY annoying and itchy.  Stephen and I are going to eat lunch with his Mom today and I have a little more Christmas shopping to get done so I will probably feel better once I get out of the house.  I start my new job this week as well so I am really hoping the rash is gone by then.  Anywho, I could go on and on about this dang rash and how it makes me want to scratch my skin off.  I hope all of my fellow bloggers have a wonderful Sunday afternoon!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas

So, I realize it's not even Thanksgiving yet but I just had to decorate for Christmas!  Everyone seems to be decorating early and I am really feeling the Christmas cheer.  I just love Christmas!  It's that warm, fuzy feeling that I wish would stay all year round.  Anyway, I am so looking forward to next week.  Since Stephen and I didn't get much of a honeymoon although I enjoyed our stay in Jefferson we are going to spend a couple of days in St. Francisville.  We will be staying 3 nights in the Butler Greenwood plantation in the Gazebo cottage.  I am really looking forward to visting The Myrtles and eating at the restuarant there.  We will be spending Thanksgiving with his family in Baton Rouge so I am looking forward to that as well.  It's going to be such a fun week!

Livin on Love >3

Hello There!
Stephen and I were married Friday November 5th!  We had a simple, small family/close friends ceremony and reception.  I enjoyed seeing everyone and spending some time with family.  After the reception we were off to Jefferson, Texas.  We stayed at a cute little cottage for the weekend.  It reminded me of my great grandmothers house because it was so cozy and welcoming.  It had a little kitchenette, living area, private bath with a clawfoot tub ( I love LOVE those) and ofcourse the romantic bedroom.  The walls were a deep red and the decor was all from the Romantic period.  I absolutely loved the decor in the whole cottage!  I meant to take pictures but by the time I thought about it we had our stuff everywhere so it was all messy.  I absolutely love being married!  I can't wait to get our apartment soon.  It should be available within the next 2 weeks.  I also start my new job in 2 weeks!  So looking forward to working with the little ones at The Cavanaugh in Bossier.  Life is good and my husband is everything I ever prayed and dreamed for.  I love being Mrs. Wicher! <3 :)
